Hi. My secondary number is in Jio currently and it's in Assam Circle. I am not a permanent resident of Assam. I came for study and ported my BSNL to Jio as BSNL is bad in coverage in Guwahati, assam. But, I recently travelled internationally and came to know that North East SIMs can not be used internationally. So I am going back to Kolkata this Puja and thinking of making my number in Kolkata circle.

I am thinking:

1. Should I just change my circle Jio(Assam) to Jio(Kolkata/WB)?
2. Should I port to Vi/BSNL/Airtel?

I use this number only for OTP purpose and this is very old number with memories that I don't want to loose.
