Been running casually for a few years and recently hit a new PB at a running event in Pangasinan. Kinda realized I might actually have a decent baseline to build on now haha.
I want to start training more seriously and work toward a faster pace, but I also don’t want to burn myself out or end up hating running. Any tips on how to improve sustainably? Training structure, weekly mileage, recovery, etc. would really help.
Would appreciate any advice from more experienced runners 🙏
