Looking for a good option for a signature cocktail for our wedding. The venue includes an Aperol Spritz as their default cocktail included in their package, but we are able to add our own! We are having a November wedding. The vibes are very wintery, Victorian, romantic, leaning into darker colours. I am open to any sort of spirits (mezcal is my favourite but I am so down to try anything)!
