What am I hearing?
I was bored and decided to tune into some numbers stations and while scrolling through the different frequencies i found this weird noise coming from this frequency. Can anyone tell me what im hearing?

Why are we removing legitimate discussion posts?
Saw this yesterday and the mods removed it. It was a legitimate, well thought out list of suggestions for PSN to implement features that other digital only storefronts have since they are transitioning to this new digital only mindset. There was no disrespect or spam in the post or comments. I guess talking about and suggesting new ideas doesnt fit within the spirit of r/psn according the rules. This will likely be removed as well for some reason

0 IVs 0 EVs challenge
Currently about to do a run on cobblemon and was given a challenge to do it with any pokemon, but they have to have 0 IVs and 0 EVs. Of course i will be using cheats to have them edited that way but I need some suggestions on what pokemon team would be good for this challenge. Im thinking a play around trick room would be a good idea
