This is my first monstera, it’s been putting out new leaves & the most recent (pictured 2nd) is not looking the greatest in my opinion, I don’t know if this is normal or if it’ll darken & firm over time, but another leaf that’s being put out is the same color, I’m assuming the colors fine, but more worried about the limpness of the leaf, any advice at all is greatly appreciated! :)
I was gifted this plant as a Pink Princess & it was brought to my attention it’s actually a Princess of Orange? Does anyone here have one & any care tips for it? I’ve been treating it as a Pink Princess & I’m not sure if they have different care tips & google wasn’t very informative, thanks in advance ! :)
My mom gave me her Pink Princess a little over a month ago, she wasn’t wanting to mess with it & it wasn’t in the best shape, or getting enough sun, hence the full green leaves. I brought it home & let it adjust to my space & repotted with orchid bark + miracle gro, I live in an apartment so grow lights are my best friend & I have it under a T5 for around 6-8 hours a day, I water around every 1-1/2 week - 2 weeks & I pruned all of the dead away, & gave some support. Is there anything I could do to make it happier? Or anything I could change going forward? I’d love to see some variegation, or at least a new leaf in general.
