Wollte das Thema mal zur Diskussion anbieten.

Um was geht es? Das Abwehrverhalten der Dreier / Viererkette.

Was mir seit letzter Saison irgendwie bitter aufstößt und noch bei keinem anderen Team so deutlich aufgefallen ist: Unsere Abwehrreihe verteidigt bei Gegenangriffen / Kontern extrem passiv. Sprich, oftmals sieht es wie Begleitschutz bis in den 16er aus, was dann wiederum zu vorsichtigen Tackles führt um eben kein Foul zu riskieren. Scheinbar ist das eine Vorgabe, und klar gewinnt man dadurch Zeit, dass der Rest in die Abwehr nachrücken kann, meiner Meinung nach haben wir aber jetzt nicht die defensivsten MFs, dass dies funktioniert.

Zuletzt war das Gegentor bei Deutschland:Griechenland ein perfektes Beispiel, wie Vagnoman da verteidigt hat, scheinte aus seiner VfB Spielweise zu stammen.

Ist das auch jemandem so sehr aufgefallen und findet ihr das auch teilweise sehr risikoreich?

Bin mir gar nicht so sicher, ob die Meinung wirklich so unbeliebt ist, dennoch gerne zur Diskussion, da mir das bei vielen Leuten im Umkreis allmählich wirklich auf den Keks geht.

Als kleines, aktuelles Beispiel:

Wir waren mit 9 Jungs für 3 Tage unterwegs, als JGA meines besten Kindheitfreundes. Paar Jungs kannten sich, paar nicht. Ab dem Treffpunkt zur Abfahrt gab es da welche die sich wirklich die kompletten 3 Tage, ohne Abweichungen, ausschließlich über die Arbeit unterhalten haben. Ein anderes Thema gab es nicht. Sei es bei üblichen JGA Aktivitäten, noch beim gemütlichen Essen oder auch dem "Feiern" am Abend.

Sehe das auch so häufig im Freundeskreis im Sport, bei Festen oder wenn man sich zufällig irgendwo mal trifft. Vorallem unter Kerlen.

Das die Arbeit einen großen Anteil am Tag hat ist mir schon klar und mir geht es auch gar nicht um den Smalltalk diesbezüglich, eher wie man in der Freizeit stundenlang über die Arbeit sprechen kann.

Ich selbst habe sogar einen super spannenden Job, aus welchem ich absolut absurde Stories erzählen kann (was natürlich auch ab und an auch mal vorkommt), würde aber nie das Bedürfnis haben 24/7 darüber und mit jedem zu quatschen.

Got some questions in mind with those ongoing GME moves regarding the aquisition of ebay. You guys are way smoother brains, so maybe someone can help me out.

So we know, GME wants to issue new shares, the raised money would probably go directly to the deal.

1. Do you think the deal is only possible with the issuing of new shares? How comes they could have made a bid, without knowing if the voting for new shares goes through?

2. Lets say GME pumps out a ton of new shares, the aquisition of ebay fails, how screwed are we?

3. The voting fails, is ebay still in the game, or would there be a lack of cash for the deal? / Ebay isnt accepting any offers, is the issuing still needed / wanted?

So in a few weeks its my best friends wedding. We know each other for 33 years now.

Other than gift for the kids, i always have a hard time to get some good ideas for gifts. As much as a like to make gifts, im really not good at figuring out good ideas.

So for this special occasion i thought maybe its good to ask for some help / inspiration in here.

Would love to hear from anyone! If you need some more details or something else, ill answer them happily.

Edit: Some more infos. Hes 34, plays a lot of tennis in his freetime, is a big tech guy (games quite a bit as well). But the wedding gift should obviously fit to his soon to be wife as well somehow. Budget pretty open for a "normal" gift. Nothing luxury etc.
