I am curious if the laws regarding faking your death apply to saying your dead on online (ex: Facebook) if you dont forage documents and just list your account as being dead, make a post saying you're dead or something, it's been a question I've had for a while since I saw a video on a YouTuber who faked their death online, mainly if its still fraud even if nothing is foraged.

It's one of the budget 4 inch XP pen tablets and the ver of windows XP I have is the out of box version without a service pack (havent got around to getting the service packs), preferably without any command based stuff as I am horrendous at command line/dos stuff!, sorry if this isnt the place to ask (no I dont have any of the pack in disks, the computer is from a yard sale :-( )
