I've been playing all day on my new Anbernic RG45XX, and just booted it up after eating to see that about 7 hours of progress has been deleted from my save file.

What has happened any why?

I launch the game through RGA, but a quick search has shown me that the game only actually saves if you exit it correctly, and not if you save in-game.

Is this true? There's no way I'm picking it back up if I have to replay all the progress I lost. Is there no way around this? Is my save hidden somewhere?

Hello all, started 18mg Concerta yesterday after an ADHD diagnosis at age 31.

My focus is better, head definitely quieter... but I'm super irritable on it. Does this situation sound typical?

This morning, I was working from home, and was in a productive flow state for a straight hour (rare for me). However, my girlfriend then asked me to come to the other room to sort through a bunch of toiletries and it's sent me spiralling, leading to me wrongly blowing up at her.

I feel like I've been pulled out of work focus to now focus on something that I know doesn't require my attention today, and an hour later I'm still sitting here and I'm raging.

I feel like this one distraction has derailed my day... since now I can actually focus on the distractions so they take up more time.

Does this make sense?
