Following my previous, secondly 1st ranked on Google after index requested.

What happened:

17th post on 29 days old Wordpress blog today
Title: Your gait reveals your pull-up strength — from a 63-year-old engineer who does 12
Indexed 1.7 hours after index request.
1st ranked on google with query "gait pull-up strength"

16th post on 27 days old
Title: 63, silver hair, 12 pull-ups, and runway posture
Indexed 2 hours after index request.
2nd and then 1st ranked on google with query "silver hair pull-ups"
Now 10-something after 48 hours.

That's just a Google test on my blog. So called "Honeymoon Period"
No big deal.

It's my first time blogging and no experience in SEO thing.

▲ 3 r/blogs+1 crossposts

16th post in 4 weeks old blog, 2nd ranked on Google with three words keywords.

Indexed on Google. 2 hours after index requested. And just for a curiosity, I queried three words keywords 5 hours afterward.

I have nearly zero experience in SEO and blogging. To my surprise, my 16th post on 2nd ranked on Google.

What's that? No significant increase in impressions and clicks.

Anyway, what happened? Algorithm error?

Anybody with similar experience?

Which is better for dips beginner, legs knee bend or straight down

63 M soon. I've been doing pull-ups for 3.5 years. Recently, I started dips to pair dips with pull-ups.
In my short video of 15 dips, my body swinging badly, with knees bend and crossed.

After that, I tried dips with my legs straight downward. Less swinging. But I felt a little more difficult.
Which is better for me, beginner.

How about my routine? Any flaws or need changes?

Pull-ups(8~10 reps) >> seated knee raise(instead of sit-ups) >> parallel bar dips(10~12 reps) >> wide legged seated(on bench) forward bending >> Chin-ups(8~10 reps) >> seated knee raise(instead of sit-ups)..... 3 rounds.

The only man in 2-in-1 shorts for the first time in yoga class after 20 months in long sweatpants

Hello,
I want to know how women in yoga class of different cultures/countries feel about it.

Things to say in advance:

  1. I'm 63, 20 months in yoga class, doing English blog as ESL.
  2. I posted one yesterday with title "Confessions of a 63-year-old male yogi:I finally ditched the long sweat pants"
  3. It's a 20-day-old blog, meaning no organic visitors or comments. So I'm curious.

Why long pants so far:

  1. The only and oldest man in the yoga class, about 25 practitioners . Most women are in their 30s and 40s in long leggings. No female students in shorts.
  2. My old-fashioned, Confucian(or Korean) mindset even with heavy sweating issue, inconvenience in deep knee-bending poses.

I welcome wide spectrum of your voice from various cultures/countries.

Anybody who do blogging in English as a Second Language.

Hello,
I'm 63 in a two weeks, and a 18-day-old blogger with 12 posts.

My topic: Calisthenics, Yoga, Weight training, and Getting old.

Posts; Much shorter than the so-called 'Lengths in SEO perspective' with my own short videos and pictures.

Why I started: Too few Koreans in their 50s and 60s who are interested in yoga, pull-ups, strength training, or doing by oneself. Thus, in English, globally.

Any comment, advice, or sharing your experiences are welcome.

My exercise routine falls in 1~2% per AI. I felt hopeless.

I asked Google/Chrome AI mode as follows;
How much percentage people do what I do or similar routines.

I'm 63 male.
yoga: 1 hours, twice weekly
calisthenics: pull-ups, dips, 30 minutes, twice weekly.
weight machines in gym: 1 hour, twice weekly
cycling or mountain hiking 2~4 hours once per week

AI answers:
1~2%

Was I happy or flattered?
No no no. I felt hopeless. Because I was hoping to communicate common topics with those around my ages globally. Through communities like Reddit, blog, Youtube, etc.
