My (recently purchased) Pixel 10 pro XL crashed twice in two days. Yesterday when I plugged it in a charger in my home and just now when I opened WhatsApp.
I mean full on crashing like rebooting your phone crashing. Turn itself off crashing.
What's wrong with this phone/company man...
For starters: I bought the Pixel 3 months ago and I've had the Samsung since release and was very happy with that last one. I've always had a Samsung but was tempted to get the Pixel for stock Android and because my battery life was deteriorating too fast on my previous phone.
Because my battery was so terrible on my previous phone it was actually a good upgrade to the Pixel, but that's basically the only thing that has improved for me.
I really wanted to like the phone, but there's just so little customisation and just general things I miss that the Pixel doesn't provide that my Samsung did.
I honestly feel like this phone is an Iphone for android. No customisation on the app screen (except for the home screen) just stock Android and it's bothering me more than I thought it would.
Anyway, the point I'm trying to make, if you've always had a Samsung phone, and are hesitant to switch, I'd recommend staying with Samsung.
It's just not the phone for me, and I know I'll be switching back to the newest Samsung as soon as this phone's battery starts deteriorating, or anything else were to happen to it.
I'm sorry if this argument isn't really grounded because English isn't my native language and I'm having a hard time expressing what's really bothering me, but if you have a specific question about why I feel this way about several features I'll gladly try to explain it best I can in the comments.
TLDR; My previous Samsung was way better in my opinion, and I'm switching back as soon as the Pixel is bothering me too much.
