HELL'S itch after moderate-high sun exposure

Im well aware of this diet although i havent actually fully tried it religiously, i know that there is a lot of science behind it so I have researched extensively about how you get all the nutrients, vitamins, minerals and what not from adopting it.

Bit of background, i used to be really fat, ate junk food for most of my life up, basically grew up eating seed oils, chips, burgers and all the sort. Never ever in my life have been burnt by the sun to what i just expereinced today.

So after discovering this diet, i was one foot in one foot out adpotiong some practices and leaving othres, and i was doing this for about 5 months and i dont know if the fat layers helped by health or something, but i always had 'good' skin and never broke out even when eating junk food.

Then i lost about 6kg was really skinny and thats when all turned to shit. i had extremely cold hands and feet, acne slapped my face badly outta nowhere and yeah i dont know why my health also declined.

Now fastforward to today, i was cutting the lawn for deadass 20 mins and outta nowhere it njust felt like death after i came back inside. my whole body was flaming itchy like ive never felt before sever, sever itch i cant even explain.

I did go out the past coupel days and my diet has been fast food chips which i knwo is bad for u cause of seed oils but i dont know how and why. how does the diet produce this result like before eating like this i was 5 months eating clean barely any soft drinks then i eat bad for a week and i basicallly get allergic to high uv rays. no i dont use sunscreen.

Keep in mind, before this week of eating shit i still had acne when i was eating 'good' for like 5months my diet was mostly flavoured oats, grain fed beef and supermarket meat, dates, milk (im not lactose inolderant).

I heard a guy talking about omega 6 or omega 3 or whatever but didnt understand. I know theres alot of knwoleadgable people in this forum, help.
