Amazing service

I have been looking everywhere to replace some broken webbing keepers on my bag, couldn’t find any so emailed bellroy asking where I could get them. Response in less than 24hrs and they sent them for free in only a couple of days. It’s rare these days to get quality service. Well done to them.

Jordan now the 14?

So is will Jordan now the 14 for the AB all time team?

In my head only 3 spots will never be debated
7 - mccaw
10 - Carter
11 - lomu

We can have fun with the rest
Read vs Buck vs Zinzan
Kaino vs Jones
Cullens vs Mils vs smith
Do you go smith and nonu or put in umanga in?
Coles vs Fitzpatrick
Hayman vs Frank’s vs olo brown
Woodcock vs Dowd
Whitelock/retalick or meads or Williams or jones

Nearly every other position can be debated

But I think maybe with this record is Jordan the 14?

I think it’s worth mentioning the modern era is the focus and is what I would look at and this is my current team all time.

Woodcock
Fitzpatrick
Hayman
Retalick
Whitelock
Jones
McCaw
Read
Aaron smith
Carter
Lomu
Nonu
Conrad smith
Jordan
Cullen

Bench:
Franks (loose)
Coles (hooker)
Brown (tight)
Brooks (lock/6/8)
Marshall (9)
Barrett (10, 14, 15)
Umaga (12, 13, 14)
Smith (11, 14, 15)

▲ 24 r/whoop

Not going to renew after first year

I have enjoyed the whoop as a bought it as a reward for a large weight loss and wanted to take my health goals to the next level. I enjoy the lack of screen, the sleep tracking, overall health tracking and so on but I just cannot justify the cost again. However, to have to pay the same amount again just feels ridiculous to me.

I also feel that the insights I have gained have given me a really solid baseline for living without it. I don't think the "auto exercise tracker" works well as I got very different strain results from when I tracked each rep to when I just did the workout. I now understand the effects alcohol, travel, late eating, and so on have on negative sleep, whilst also understanding how much walking, magnesium, earlier bed times and so on have on positive sleep. I don't think the step tracker is accurate but I don't think many are. I am not an elite athlete who needs this data to compete, so the high level of detail does not impact my day to day decisions, outside of maybe how far I go for a run.

Side note - I also feel that I have been using so many different trackers. Myfitnesspal, whoop, apple watch and so on. I have data and information overload and want to move back to a more self regulated life. I know what to eat, the impacts of my decisions and have a solid exercise/walking rhythm. In saying that will I look at the fitbit air? Yes, based on reviews.
