Is this Jun takahashi undercover or sum other brand called undercover? I tried to reverse image search it to no avail. Did jun takahashi do this move?

Pls help. I’m confused about my body fat % because i have a bicep vein and when i flex and in good lighting a shoulder vein, but my abs aren’t well defined when relaxed. My and are only really visible when flexing and in good lighting. I still have some belly fat.
