I am familiar with the term - performative - from Callon but never understood in what sense people use it in different contexts such as performative activism or performative males?

Can you explain what performativity means in performatve male context - or others?

I've sent my files almost two months ago. The only thing changed this year was that I got married and change my status from single to married jointly filing. I have added w-7 form for them to open a TIN for my wife as well. Unfortunately, I still have no update on the refund, which is a good amount of money for me and I was planning to survive the summer with it.

I've tried to call IRS but there is no human representative, only AI agent. It tells the same thing as the where is my refund website.

Does this mean my files are lost on the way? or something I did wrong after getting married? Why is there a no process sign?

It is June 1 and I still did not receive my items. Originally it was may 15. The they postponed to June 1. Then I received a notification today that it will be postponed again and I need to approve whether I still want the items or just cancel.

People are about to be done with the album but I still don't have one in my hands. This is pathetic.

Need an urgent response. I applied schengen visa to go to Switzerland two weeks ago. It is through vfs chicago lithuania. They replied today that they send my passport back to vfs chicago. I have a flight on Wednesday. VFS is probably closed today due to memorial day. If they ship it tomorrow, I will probably miss my flight. My question is that if I drive to Chicago tomorrow morning and go to VFS office to ask to give me my passport back rather than to ship, would they accept it? I don't want to miss my flight tbh.

I am located in the US. It seems like every country has different pricing. I am willing to wait as long as it is cheaper. Which countries have the best deals so far? The best I could have found was on amazon italy, which goes for 144 euros for 100 pack.
