15 month old sleep help

Hey all! (My wife tried posting this but her account was locked) This is my first Reddit post so | apologize if I mess anything up. I (31 F) and my husband (30 M) have been struggling with our son (15 month) on his sleep habits since he was 6 months old. He used to sleep great, got sick around 6 months and absolutely has refused to sleep alone. Now at 15 months, it genuinely doesn't even matter if I sleep with him, rock him, snuggle him. He just absolutely refuses. His routine is consistent for naps and bedtime, diaper change, bottle, brush teeth, rock till drowsy, lay him down, pat his butt, then he usually sleeps for ATLEAST an hour. Lately we do the routine and once he finishes his bottle he's hitting me, pulling my hair, giggling when he does it, throws his binky across the room, wiggles around trying to get free. I started just putting him in his bed since my logic is, if I'm clearly not helping you fall asleep, then why am I here trying.
He just loses it crying, tries to get out of his bed (we have a floor bed) and continues to cry until I come back in, only for the same behavior to occur. This is the same for both naps and bedtime. And he wakes up 5-6 times a night. Whether I am sleeping with him or not. We talked to his pediatrician, his iron levels were checked and he is in normal range on that. So the pediatrician told us to "turn the camera off" and
"let him cry, even if he throws up, he will figure it out" and my husband and I were pretty uncomfortable with this advice. While I'm okay letting him cry for a little bit, I'm not too comfortable to allow it to escalate too much. What are we doing wrong? How do we get through this? I am genuinely at a complete loss with our son and his sleep habits, I haven't slept in the same bed as my husband for 3 months and haven't slept through the night for well, 15 months lol. Any advice is welcome. Thank you in advance!

Sleep issues with our 16 month old

So me and my wife have a son, he absolutely refuses to sleep on his own. I know we fucked up pretty bad by not implementing anything while he was younger but I’m looking for advice or guidance on what we should do.

For his naps we always give him a bottle and rock him to sleep, lately we’ve been just trying to lay him down in his bed in hopes he falls asleep with us just laying there. It 100% doesn’t work and he’s usually up, messing around, babbling, things like that. We’ve tried doing a modified Ferber method (soft cry it out) where he works himself up so much that he just about stops breathing and he’s up for hours after that.
Even with us rocking him to sleep, we’ll get him down for an hour and that’s it. He’s up after an hour and we’re lucky if we can get him back down by rocking him again.

Nighttime is the same routine and struggle, we usually cave and my wife will go sleep in bed with him so we can at least get a few hours of actual sleep. I know im probably leaving a lot of important details out so if you have any questions please ask, I’m just looking for someone with some insight into what worked for them and possibly someone who has dealt with something similar. Thank you to all who read this and attempt to help.

[PSX] H: nothing W: Runes

Hate to play this card, I’m a dad of two who works full time and don’t have a lot of time to farm for runes or anything like that. I can try and help anyone with anything they need but I’d like a decent amount of runes so I can level my guy up and just play the game without the grinding. Any helps appreciated.
