I have noticed that for the past month, my Firsty Free only stays connected to Singtel and no longer switches nor I can manually switch it to BICS. Has anyone else noticed the same?
Just updated my app and now have an option to get on a waiting list for Firsty local plans. No pricing available yet.
So, I had this issue last year, but it wasn't relevant to me as I really didn't need to make or receive phone calls. However, now I installed USA esim with data, calls and texts. Data works very well on T-Mobile or Verizon network, however unable to make or receive calls. Looks like the number has never been activated.
The support, unfortunately only asks for screenshots and they have been provided. But once a new agent comes in, they request new screenshots. No one escalated it to technical support despite multiple requests.
