Manual transmission

So I got a 2017 mirage 5 speed picked it up with 50k kms(31k miles). I love the thing so far, the only thing I've noticed is there's a slight whine when releasing the clutch in 3rd gear(like coming off 2nd going into 3rd). I don't know if it's just because of the load or something worse(🤞 hopefully not), I'm hoping it's just a fluid issue. I was looking at redline MTL 75w-80 GL-4 but, was wondering what do you guys recommend? And if you have any clues on what the whining might be, that would be appreciated too! Thanks!

Ontario, Canada Safety

Ontario, Canada safety 2017 Mitsubishi mirage es standard

So I got a car I'm going to get saftied tomorrow here in Ontario Canada at an independent shop cars mint brakes have plenty of pad, I have plenty tread hardly any corrosion, no cracks in the windsheild. Two things I'm worried about, I just tinted the car sunstrip and 20% on front 5% on the three back windows and the exhaust heat shield is missing. My brother used to be a mechanic and said it shouldn't be an issue that buddy would be a dick for failing it for those back when he was doing safeties but he also said he doesn't know because it's digital now. Should I rip the tint on the front out should I go to the scrap yard and grab some heat shields? Or are they just taking pictures of brakes and rubber?
