Washing machine popped and caused damage below [CONDO] [WA]

I was wondering if anyone has been in this situation and has any guidance. We are new condo owners and our washing machine just flooded, and caused damage below. We will likely be going through insurance because of the liabilities involved but it was caught quickly so I was wondering if anyone has any advice on navigating how to decide when to follow through with a claim and that process.

We also are wondering if filing a claim, do we need to wait before touching anything? It would be nice to go ahead and get this washer repaired and carpet cleaned up but I don't want the adjuster wanting to inspect the washer or something like that.

Thank you!

Is there something to this home 5G thing?

I've always dismissed the home 5G thing (my pea brain thinks cable good) but the type of work I do means I go in people's homes for a living and I've noticed it's really popular.

This is also the view out of my back window.. (the other two also have nearby sites) is there anything to switching from DOCIS 3.1 to wireless? Is congestion really bad?

Owner retain salvage vehicle

The insurance company is currently researching the value of our car to decide if they will complete the repairs or end up totalling it, if we owner retain will they deduct what they've already paid out? I'm assuming of course if they buy it off completely what they've paid for repairs is just their loss. Thanks!

Noob question - Low band UW on SA?

I just switched from VZW prepaid to postpaid (W Verizon for adding a postpaid plan for people who want to own their devices) and this seems to have enabled 5G Standalone for me. I've noticed that whenever on standalone it seems to display UW in the status bar even on 850Mhz. Just curious if that is considered C-Band or if something is lying to me. It certainly looks like they consider all NR standalone to be worthy of the UW branding.

Can't add the apple specialist bundle on an android line?

There are plenty of apple devices in the house, and apple TV and apple music are fully supported on Android but it still says "incompatible". Seems like a lazy oversight, particularly now that Apple TV is a pretty respectable streaming service in it's own right now. Anyone know a work around?

$10 "4K streaming" perk is still throttled? What gives?

Netflix fast.com tests show it's capped to 40mpbs even on C-Band with 500 down available. Seems like a scummy waste of $10, unless it takes time to reprovision the line... Anyone know? Thanks!

This can't possibly be totaled right?

The insurance company already let slip "we'll probably total it due to the age". Blue book value is $6500. Actual cost to replace this car in my area with maintenance history in this condition would be about $10k. I definitely don't want that to happen.

Surely this isn't $6k of damage? Or no? Which would mean they have to repair it?

Any insight is helpful!

Rear ended by 3 people

Hi! My partner was rear ended by 3 people, and we don't know which person was the one that hit her. Do we need to know to file the claim or would we just file with all 3?

We only have liability before the "let your insurance company handle it" crowd shows up. We would be filing under the other person's insurance. Thank you!

Is my AC not working right or am I crazy?

Vent temperature at engine idle *after* 15 minutes on the highway is 60F.

40 degrees at highway speeds. Engine fan works. 81F outside, 32% humidity.
