Overtime pay with holiday pay

Okay so I’ll have about 55 hours this week, and stepped into overtime today when we get time and a half. Am I benefiting from this and getting extra pay on top of holiday rate with overtime? I guess does holiday pay and overtime stack somehow?

Let me see everyone’s rain guards!!

I can’t decide whether or not to put them on my canyon river blue. I want to see everyone’s accords 😈 I just bought a pair off amazon but it doesn’t match the black on the windows IMO. I definitely want it so I can crack the windows when it rains, but can’t decide if it looks bad. Stood at my car for 30 mins holding them up and down and im still stuck lol

ambient lighting

hi!! looking for wisdom from the smartest people who own 11th gens :) i’m leasing my car and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for ambient lighting that doesn’t plug into the fuse box. i’m not too worried about wires because they won’t be so bad to hide, but i can’t find a good set that can plug in via usb-c. if anyone has a good set that has a usb-c it would be much appreciated!! thank you :)

any disadvantages of getting an antenna cover?

I’m not really into buying it for looks, I have a canyon river blue metallic accord, so it won’t be very noticeable. But does it actually offer protection or serve a purpose? I would think it could block signals, but may be useful incase the antenna could get damaged through car washes or other things.

LSA to ASM

Hi everyone :) I’m being offered the position to become an ASM, but i’m torn between the difference in work/life balance. As of right now, I work 4 truck shifts and 1 closing shift each week. I’m afraid to lose this as my current ASM works nights most weeks. The morning shifts are important to me because it makes it possible to see my wife a lot more, but the extra $3 would be nice. I’m just feeling that it’s not worth it to make more money when i’ll see my wife less. Current ASMs, what shifts do you routinely work? Are you out by 1:30/2pm at all during the week? I have to give a decision if I accept the job tomorrow and I’m torn. $3 extra a shift also doesn’t seem that much for all the extra responsibility that comes with it. Thoughts?

Edit: I’d like to add that I’m being offered the travel/3rd position. One ASM out on leave indefinitely and one put in 2 weeks today. It just feels like a lot on my shoulders.

Traveling ASM

Hi everyone! I was wondering if there are any traveling ASMs out there that can shine some light on the position and what experiences you’ve had. I’m currently an LSA that has been given the opportunity to move up, but as a traveling ASM. I feel ready for the position, but I’m super hesitant on the traveling aspect. I’ve only ever worked at my store and I’m nervous about being under trained and not ready to be on my own at other locations. Do you guys always get all your hours? Is it worth the stress or maybe is it less stressful since you’re just helping out and then leaving? Thank you :)
