Watched the scene on TV around late 90s to early 2000s, (most likely 1997-2003?)
It was most likely on discovery channel.
It was about a guy going around, what I think to be Africa, talking with different african tribes.
In one of the scenes that I remember, the africans were demonstrating climbing a tall tree. Then in the next scene they (2 or 3 africans and the interviewer) are standing at the base of the tree. I don't remember what was said, but one of the africans takes two sticks and clamps his penis in it, then starts stretching out his penis several times, like a really elastic gummy worm. (imagine pinching your fingers with a pair of chopsticks)
That's all I remember.

Saw the video on reddit a within the past 1-3 days. It's probably around 30 seconds to a minute long. A goth girl with black mickey mouse ears, pale skin, and black attire sitting at a table, in a restaurant. The camera is in the first person perspective of what sounds like a male, most likely the boyfriend. And he wants to break up with her, he mentions splitting up, but she intentionally misinterprets it as splitting the bill. He then tries a couple more times, each with a sarcastic response, and the she finally says what makes you think you have a choice in this, or something along those lines.
