My family since late 80s resident na sa antipolo and sa bahay kami nakatira owned by my recently deceased grandparents and ever since nadeport sa Japan ang ofw na uncle and aunt ko (kapatid ng mom ko) umalis na kami sa bahay ni lola at lumipat kami sa kabilang barangay lang at nag rent para iwas gulo sa relatives this was around 2012.

Dati mura pa rent namin nasa 6.5k-7k/month lang na 3BR na compound townhouse w/ parking ng motor dito sa milagros dalig.

Pero nung na benta yung apartment sa new owner nag iba na ang rate nsa 9k/month pre pandemic and currently lumobo na to 15k/month rent ang bayad namin. May yearly increase din yung rent at kami ang pinakamatagal na tenant dito.

Nanghinayang ako sa bayad namin kada month especially sa mom ko na ofw if bahay nlng na mortgage pala ang kinuha namin siguro owned nanamin yung bahay na yun since late na rin namin na realized to. Lol.

Correct me if I'm wrong din dati kasi hindi pa uso yung mga 2 or 3 years monthly DP sa equity at tapos palaging spot DP ang equity ang schemes ng mga developers to own a house.

So far, I'm considering yung Country Villas malapit sa URS rizal. or yung Ahanna homes sa may loreland Any thoughts on this and may marefer paba kayong agents and other properties?

Currently, tinakbo ng new tires ko ay nasa 3000 kms+ na din pero na stock tong motor ko ng 6 mos anyway my tires are 80/80-17 front (on 1.85-17 rims) and 100/80-17 rear (on 2.50-17 rims) and napansin ko uneven wear yung tires ko tas ramdam mo yung wobble pag matagal na yung byahe and every after ride ko 80km+ palagi ang byahe ko balikan na yan tapos ang route ko pa cavite to pasig for work

Planning to get one po, but still hasn't decided which one. I live south (cavite) area and I use my classic bikes 150cc and 200cc alternate or whichever ang trip ko gamitin to go to work pure onsite sa pasig (ortigas) everyday 4:30am-1pm

Meron din kaya dito na gamit big bike pang daily tapos dumadaan SLEX/MCX? Mas mapapabilis kaya byahe at makauwi if big bike gamit?
