Low body water percentage
Does any else use a smart scale that tracks body water percentage? I struggle with staying hydrated and I just noticed that I'm only at 20% 😅 I didn't even know it tracked that but it's supposed to be around at least 45%

Pain management isn't doing anything to manage my pain. They tried to push me off on a back surgeon, but he looked at my case and won't even see me because I'm on blood thinners and can't have surgery. I'm close to failing PT because of suspected me/cfs, I just don't have the energy to keep up the sessions and hEDS makes everything hurt worse. I'm mostly housebound, in pain and tired all day long.
I genuinely don't know what to do anymore and I'm sick of wasting my time and energy going to doctors that won't help. My husband takes such good care of me but he hates seeing me in so much pain and it's hard on him too. My family doesn't understand what I'm going through and I feel this pressure to get better so that they don't have to worry about me anymore. But here's the thing: I'm more affected by this than anyone, IT'S MY BODY! How do they think I feel?? That I enjoy being in pain every moment of every day? I don't know what to do anymore. I've started acupuncture but I'm not sure if it's going to work long-term. I've already been sick for two years and I feel like all I'm able to do is watch myself get worse to the point of no return.
I felt fine once I was numbed up and didn't feel anything during collection, but by the time I was leaving the room, it hurt sooo bad like 8/10. I think there's a few factors that contributed to it though: I'm on blood thinners so they had to apply strong pressure to get the bleeding to stop. And they said the mammogram afterwards would be gentle but for one of the images it pushed so hard, I started bleeding again. I know each person has a different experience but I didn't expect this much pain.
If anyone else had bad pain afterwards, what did you find most helpful for relief? I took some acetaminophen so I'm hoping that will kick in soon but since I have chronic pain, I find that it doesn't normally help much. I've also used ice on and off as instructed
