How it started , how it’s going.

How it started vs. how it’s going
Started with a clean tank, a few plants, and the thought: “I’ll keep this one simple.”
Apparently I lied.
A little CO₂, a few Buce, some Anubias, a couple “I have room for one more plant” purchases later… and now I’m growing a jungle out of the top of the aquarium.
Still learning, still rearranging, still buying plants I definitely don’t need. Still really really enjoy it.
Planted tanks are a dangerous hobby.
Anyone else start out telling themselves they were going to keep it simple?
Now I have a fish tank budget.
It’s getting to be outrageous.

Sebaceous Hyperplasia Removal Using Fractional CO₂ | Secret PRO Settings & Treatment Breakdown

Treated a small sebaceous hyperplasia lesion today using fractional CO₂ on the Secret PRO platform.

For cases like this, the biggest factor isn’t just the device — it’s precision. I customized the spot size, scan direction, energy, stacking, and total micro-injuries specifically to the lesion while trying to preserve as much surrounding tissue as possible.

126 micro-injuries total.
2 stacked passes.
First shot flattened the lesion almost immediately.
Second pass was mainly to encourage controlled healing response.

Tried to stay conservative to avoid unnecessary indentation or pigment issues.

Always interesting how something this small still requires restraint more than aggression.

Before and after included.

2021 Ford Ranger XLT FX4 Black Widow Edition.
Truck originally came with 305 KO2s from the Black Widow package. Just switched to 285/65R18 Nitto Recon Grapplers.
Honestly didn’t expect this much difference.
The truck now feels:
smoother
less sluggish
noticeably better braking
lighter steering
less “heavy” overall
Still kept the aggressive stance and honestly I think the proportions fit the Ranger better now.
Shop aired the E-load Recons to 42 PSI which feels way too high on a midsize truck. Door sticker for the original setup shows 30 PSI on the factory tire specs, so I’m thinking somewhere around:
34 front
33 rear
Anyone else go from 305s down to 285s on a Ranger or Black Widow setup? Curious where everyone ended up on PSI long-term?
