Hey all.

I got myself into a domain trap. Got my domain a million years ago. Eventually hosted it with Yahoo. Fine and dandy. Right up until Yahoo spun off their web services to a third party company. Then that company turned into Turbify.

I am in need of some advice.

1. I need a new host provider that runs a stable company that doesn't change the billing amount every month and doesn't charge crazy money. I've done some searching but I need reddit consensus on this one.

2. How do I move web hosting and domain hosting from a service that has zero customer relations to another service? How hard and complex is this to do? It's been so long since I've even had to consider doing this that I really don't have the first clue.

For years, no, for my entire life, I've been hearing people complain that we need to "run the country like a business." So now we're finally running it like someone's business and I'm ready to render an opinion on this multi-decade long march to turn our right to self-govern into commercial venture.

America is not a business.

Our lives are not businesses. Freedom is not a business. America is not a business. America is our home. We should run it like a home.

Seriously. Does that guy have sex? Has he ever dated anyone? Has anyone ever done a blog post called "I Dated Tommy Wiseau"? Because I don't see it. I think the real life Lisa ruined the guy and permanently injured his ability to have romantic relationships. So now he's this wandering sexless multi-belted, older, foreign version of Corey Feldman haunting theaters with his awesomeness.

And I'm here for it.
