I’ve been trying to activate my new phone on Spectrum Mobile for hours and it just keeps getting stuck. Tried restarting the phone, reconnecting to wifi, even removing and reinserting the SIM but still nothing

Customer support told me to wait a little longer but it’s been way longer than expected. Did anyone here go through the same thing? How long did your activation actually take?
