Should some turning lanes and slip lanes be excluded from Wandrer?

I think that some should be excluded when they're also part of the same major, named roadway. I always on the fence with the suggestion a few years ago to combine boulevarded roadways (such as my example here) into one road for Wandrer, but I do think North American middle turning lanes and slip lanes should not be included in Wandrer for either biking or walking - especially walking.

FYI Oak Leaf Trail Modernization Projects - CLOSURES

https://www.mkecountyparks.org/oak-leaf-trail-modernization

It's frustrating to see so many closures happening during peak season, and also frustrating that the website's timeline doesn't reflect reality, but I'm sure we can all agree each of these are sorely needed.

The only closures on this list that I can personally verify are Cupertino Park and Warnimont Park between Pulaski and Ramsay. I'd appreciate others chiming in with what y'all have seen.

If you'd like to express your support for these projects and/or your disapproval of the timing during peak riding season, email parksplanning@milwaukeecountywi.gov
