i really don’t know what to do anymore… on NHS dermatologist waitlist (around 4 months until i get to see one).
skin is very very itchy (taking fexofenadine 180mg daily)
i need answers
I’ve had this since March now, i’ve visited a derm once and he said he’s sure it’s Chronic psoriasis. It has somewhat been controlled by consistent use of steroid ointments like enstilar and dovobet, but it only clears up mildly and doesn’t fully cure it, as it comes and goes. i take fexofenadine to help with the itching, and shower with dermal lotion. Like i said it’s been 6 months and nothing has worked. i’m on a very long NHS waitlist to see a dermatologist, but it’s driving me crazy and stripping my confidence away. if anyone can give me any other forms of treatment i could use to possibly make it better, please let me know.
