I’ve been checking an upcoming flight I booked with premium class seats (to possibly change the time) and I got a popup that says changes aren’t available for that type. But I just had flights in May and June this year that were also premium that I was able to change. Is this new or a glitch?
I went to my local TB last night and the air was complete off/broken and we’re having a heatwave too. I felt so bad for the staff, they were taking forever with orders (10+ mins for 2 items, probably due to enchirito day + exhaustion), that seems like borderline torture to make them work in that kind of environment! Is that even legal??
I got a $10 offer code recently since I received an incorrect item, but I’m getting an error message saying it’s not available to use at my current location.
The email doesn’t specify, is that code only good to use at the location that made the order I complained about?
Edit: I just tried checking out with the exact same order at the same location that screwed it up, same error. What’s the point???
I was interested in this jacket but thought it was too plain to cost $125. Saw it in person and still couldn’t bring myself to do it, the back was entirely blank. Was shocked to see that now it says “NO DOUBT” across the back now!
