So who are these folks?

I could not stop laughing at the bald guy covering Let's Go Cazy and then all four taking on September by Earth Wind and Fire and then Signed Sealed and Delivered by Stevie Wonder. Three have the same pants, but one gal is in a skirt. Given that Stevie was t the Obama Center a week ago, it is all just so MAGA.

Am I crazy, or is this menu insane?

New restaurant in a tourist town. It replaced a beloved Italian spot that moved to a better space. Steakhouse Seafood Pasta Cuban Thai Chinese? Huh?

Doordash loves this simple trick!

I took a late Culver's order at 10:30. On my way I get another and accept. The second was going away from my place, while the first was directly on my way home. The second was 4 cement mixers 5 minutes away, while the other had no drinks. So it made the most sense regardless of my preference to shoot the ice cream order over first, then do the other. After dropping off the first one 25 minutes "early" I see the other drop-off time had changed from 10:53 to 10:28, two minutes before I got the offer.

So apparently I was supposed to have delivered it in negative 2 minutes from the time I accepted it lol. I've had this happen a couple of times and they always get excluded, but WTF?

As a dasher, this drives me nuts.

Since my previous post wasn't clear enough: last delivery of the night, customer tipped well (and added $2 later), it's dark and I check the previous drop-off photo to see yet another moron leaving the bag in front of an obviously outward swinging door. The second pic is my drop-off that not only assures the customer that their food is easily accessible, but also provides the address to protect myself and give the next dasher a clear shot of the house. This is very simple stuff. Do better.

7-11 Final Boss - Challenge Accepted

I had declined 5 straight meh offers when this popped up at "$10.25+" for 1.2 miles at about 10:30. There's a large trailer park and then a newer large apartment development up the road from 7-11, so it's my go-to spot at the end of the night. I get there, hit arrived, and holy moly, lol. Dude was livid trying to gather it all, and I was sure it was going to be on the third floor for $15. Nope! First floor and a crazy tip. It was almost $300 worth of 7-11. She was very sweet and said she doesn't drive and was SO excited when I got there. She kept saying "these are my groceries!" and thanking me over and over. I didn't have the heart to say "you know Meijer exists, right?" There was no one else there, so I am most curious about the 4 slurpees.

Hope y'all are making out well this holiday weekend!

Sopa de Fideo

I've been perfecting this for the last six months, and I think I've nailed it as a single meal in a bowl. I add corn, peppers, and either chicken or al pastor. The flavor with al pastor is amazing and makes it a little heartier.
