

chia seed pudding- eat plain or on yogurt
FINALLY found the best chia seed pudding recipe, truly great!
-2 tablespoons of chia seeds
-1/2 cup of milk
-1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt
-1 tablespoon maple syrup
-1/2 teaspoon (or two 1/4 teaspoons) vanilla extract/ flavor
-dash of cinnamon
Instructions-
Add all ingredients together
Stir
Let set in fridge for 5-10 minutes
Stir again
Leave in fridge overnight in a sealed container and enjoy!

chia seeds in smoothie, dry?
is it safe to put dry chia seeds in a smoothie before blending? today I used chia seeds in my smoothie for the first time and while I soaked them in milk for about 5 minutes. they didn’t expand much and I just added them/blended them in anyways. Will I be okay? do I even need to soak in the future? I know not soaking can cause gut issues.
