Riding through fresh cement on a dare I fell face first full body in it.

Curious what age did you start smoking? For how long? I was 16 and I'm 69 now. My Dad swore he started smoking at 9 years old when he started. But remember this was the depression era

My wife came up with this recipe. It has a few ingredients but easy to make. You'll need:

1 med yellow onion. chopped

4 cloves of garlic. Chopped

2 med carrots. Chopped

1 long celery stalk. Chopped

4 or 5 med golden beets. Sliced

4or 5 unpeeled Golden potatoes. Sliced

1 can of pinto beans. Rinsed

2 sprigs of thyme

2 bay leaves

2 sprigs if oregano

1 tbs nutritional yeast

1/2 tsp dill

2 tbs olive oil

Enough vegtable broth or water to cover ingredients.

Salt and white pepper to taste

Heat the lnstapot or any large

Chop the onions and garlic saute until fragrant.

Chop carrots and celery stalk add both to the pot Saute a few minutes

Drain and rinse the beans add to the pot

Peel the golden beet and cut into quarters add to the pot

Stir thoroughly and add the broth or water to cover ingredients. Add the spices and herbs. Set the Instapot to soup if using set for 30 minutes. Stove top bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until the beets and potatoes are tender. Remove the bay leaves and sprigs. Blend until smooth. And serve. If desired garnish with a little Chopped chives or a little dill.

Cut potatoes in quarters add to the pot
