Why is there cars beside the NCT test centre in Cìllin Hill ?

Was waiting around for my NCT the other day and noticed there was a load of cars beside the NCT test centre. Why is this ? Are these seized cars or what there was no signage there and there’s tons of cars with no NCT or Tax.

This seems insane to me , What would this sell for in Ireland ?

I was just gawking at how much cars are in Dubai and they’re extremely cheaper there compared to to what we pay obviously because of VAT , High turnover. I was looking at Golf GTI what would this 2024 sell for in Ireland it’s €25,393.94 converted to Euro.
