Hey! First post here and I’ve got a burning question, that’s been bothering me for a while.
I’ve got gifted this Zoom H1 essential and I’ve done some recordings on its own, which sound amazing. Now, i want to directly record sounds for videos with my camera. I hooked the zoom to my Sony a7c and started some test recordings. Turns out every recording is noisy as hell! I’ve tried fiddling with the zoom settings but I’m not getting anywhere.
Could it be, that the noise comes from the cable, connecting the mic with the cam? Or am I missing some magical setting?

Also, I’m a total noob when it comes to microphones 😭

Heyy, i just did the recent update before i was going to edit some product photos but this thing keeps hapening, where multiple photos are overlaping each other. it seems to happen out of nowhere. i am not aware of doing it myself. anybody know whats going on?
