How do you deal with your problems ?

I know this is not alright but I find myself repeating it. If I have a problem or a hard conversation to talk about I find myself avoiding it. I can put a lot of effort in watching shows, playing sports or just working extra hard just to avoid stuff. And I convince myself will do it a bit later and end up not doing it . How do I stop this cycle

Who lies more man or woman ?

Man lie all the time, we love lying, we need rehab just to stop lying. But a man's lie is a simple lie like I was at Peter's house which is a small lie. Man lie the most woman tell the biggest lie , a woman's lie is like " it's your baby " . So again who lies the most

A doctor once told me weed and mushrooms are safer than what's legal on every shelf. I didn't believe him — until I checked.

A few months ago I was at a clinic waiting room and got talking to an older doctor killing time before his next patient. Somehow the conversation drifted to drugs, and he said something that stuck with me:

"You're more worried about the plant than the bottle next to your fridge."

I laughed. He didn't.

He broke it down like this — cannabis and mushrooms have never caused a fatal overdose in recorded medical history. Not one. Alcohol kills through organ failure, poisoning, and the violence it fuels. Cigarettes kill slowly and quietly — the single largest preventable cause of death on the planet, and legal everywhere.

Meanwhile mushrooms and weed sit in a category with almost no physical toxicity, no lethal dose, and — in psilocybin's case — genuine emerging research into treating depression and PTSD.

He wasn't telling me to go get high. He was making a point: society legalized the two most physically destructive substances and criminalized two of the least.

That conversation didn't leave me.

Stop getting advice from everyone

I asked my role model whats the biggest mistake that they ever did they told me asking advice from my parent's. Ndakabvunza why ? . He said I asked advice to people nearest to me not nearest to my goals. Since then I have been doing the same and it has been working wonderfully. When I want to invest in a certain field or I need to make a decision about something I ask my self who has the nearest goals or who has archived what I want and I go ask them and they always give the best advice. Joe Rogan Got Me Training

As funny as it is, I never did any sport or loved doing anything really. I then started to listen to joe rogan podcast just for fun , the more he talked about martial arts the more I wanted to try it. He talked more about self control and not being afraid when people fight. But most importantly I wanted to become fit and defend myself in any situation. But martial arts just does everything and I love the community even the comments here are different

Maybe the new algorithm is not bad after all

Overall June was a good month for us with this new algorithm. Most of my ads had a 3% ctr and we did some records number on leads and sales. Maybe we should stop complaining and start to share ideas of whats working and what is not .
