Im a 35M in Ontario canada. Cured mgen in may 2025 so approx 1 year now. I still feel some symptoms in my urethra. Some burning, spasms, irritation. Worse after I ejaculate, have sex w my wife, or touch it and constantly check it. Its def better than it was this time last year, no comparison, but still iv tested pcr 4 times since and all negative along with every other test including ureaplasma and trich. Im still not 100 pct normal.

Curious on others experiences with this absolute nightmare!!

I cleared mgen and ureaplasma last may 2025. Iv confirmed with 4 naat pcr tests since last June all negative. Same with my wife she tested negative twice. She took doxy and moxifloxacin just as a precaution anyways and has tested negative twice since last June.

Im sitlll feeling burning urethra, sometimes urethral spasms, some irritation periodically at times. Its gone down compared to last may or June which was unbearable but still I feel like I should be further along at the 12 month mark. Has anyone had lingering symptoms last this long or longer and does this ever heal or am I screwed. Feeling super down the last few days

I bought a 2025 gas LE and iv had it for just over 1 year now. Its been pretty good, very smooth so far but I don't drive much as I work down the street from home. I drive 10k km per year. I may ride out the free powertrain warranty then trade it for a hybrid.. Thoughts !
