i stopped right before the sword came out. was comfortably clearing all content then. was wondering how lost i would be returning.

i’m running one of the electric blizzard builds and for the life of me can not figure out why some times unstable currents has no cool down or like a 60 second cooldown. i know i need to pick up the electricity i just don’t get the huge swing am i missing things or am i confused ?
any help would be great

for the drying function i don’t need to buy the added power cord for the ams correct ?
