Where did a Zelle payment go to?

So recently started using Zelle and wasn't familiar with it before. A couple weeks ago, I sent a small Zelle test payment to someone's phone number before I realized that that person needed to enroll in Zelle with their bank first. They enrolled a couple days after I sent the test payment, but they enrolled with their email address instead of their phone number.

They never received the test payment I sent even though the amount was deducted from my bank account. I'm wondering where my payment is now. Should it be in someone's bank account by now? Or is Zelle holding on to it and will eventually return it to my account if they can't transfer the payment to a bank account in a certain amount of time (e.g. 30 days)? I don't think anyone else could have registered the other person's phone number for Zelle as they've had it for 5+ years.

Is off campus housing really cheaper than on campus?

Trying to compare the costs of living on campus vs off campus (if you're not an incoming freshman needing to live in a dorm).

On campus apartment prices are listed at https://housing.ucsc.edu/rates-payments/rates/#Apartments and they initially seem high (e.g. $2200+ for a single). But then I think about not needing to pay for summer months and all utilities and furniture being included, along with the location benefit.

With off campus, need to supply/rent furniture (if it's not already furnished) and pay for gas/power/water, internet service, summer months (if you can't sublease). Say the cost for a 2 or 3 bedroom place for 4 people is $5000/month (is this a reasonable estimate?). It seems total rent per person over a year may be cheaper compared to on campus, but with the other added costs, it may not be.

What are other people's experiences with living off campus in terms of being able to save more money (or paying more) compared to when living on campus?

So I'm going to be watching The Mandalorian and Grogu in Dolby and one AMC nearby has a 2.39:1 Dolby screen while another has a 1.85:1 Dolby screen. Which one is better to watch the movie in? I understand there's a lot of hoopla on the scenes filmed in 1.43:1 for IMAX, but I'm not going to an IMAX showing and want to know what's the next best option when watching it in Dolby. Thanks.
