Recebtly found mold replacing floors, looking for advice
I recently decided to replace the flooring in my house and, after removing some of the flooring, discovered a pipe leak and a small amount of mold around the affected area.
I’ve already hired someone to repair the leaking pipe, and the flooring company will be replacing the damaged subfloor. My question is whether that is enough, or if I should also have the surrounding wood framing replaced.
The framing doesn’t appear to be severely damaged, but there was some moisture and mold around it from the leak.
Would you recommend replacing the framing, or is cleaning it and making sure everything is completely dry before installing the new subfloor sufficient?

JTS-689 Tenor
Ive been mainly playing alto for 5-6 years and have the opportunity to get a new 689 for 800-900. Is this a good deal?
Reasonable Estimate?
I got quoted from 3 different contractors for installing 8 mm 20 mil wear LVP for about 800-900 sqft. Came to around 8-10k for the total. 4k being material and rest labor. Is this reasonable. Any and all advice is appreciated, ty!
Need advice: LVP help
We're replacing the LVP in our home because the builder-installed flooring is only 4 mm thick and has already started failing. Several planks have popped up, and in a few areas, screw heads from the subfloor are actually protruding through the flooring.
We had a flooring contractor come out, and they recommended the two LVP options shown in the pictures. They also noted that our subfloor has a few minor depressions that will need to be addressed before installation.
Does anyone have experience with either of these products or have any recommendations? The last picture shows our current flooring for reference. I'd appreciate any feedback on the quality, durability, or how well these products handle minor subfloor imperfections.
Also contractor is quoting 7.8k for the 8mm material and install with removal and large appliance moving.
