i have payed tuition fees, but im waiting for local college counselling to end. thing is im not sure if i will get in local ones. so if i get in local plan is to refund tuition fees. but if i pay hostel fees that isnt refundable. i emailed jaipur and they said today is last date and no extensions are provided. is it true?

is the refun policy for muj the same one as for mit manipal?
can a senior/student tell me what are the pros and cons of the location of manipal campus? along with the situation of the following points?
- connectivity to the airport
- nearby hostels/pgs
- places to get food/hang out
- clinics/hospitals nearby
also, for a student that isnt THAT social/into parties and stuff, its fine to miss out on the events that take place for on campus hostel students right?
shouldve studied harder, but now muj cse seems like my best option. other options are vit ap cse(cat 2). or do i get management quota at some local clg.
from what ive seen muj ka cse batch does have some good studious students and you can go far if you put in the effort. is it worth the roughly 28lakhs fees?
