Can you recommend any Spa that provides great postpartum massage and beauty in Saigon?

My LO is 11 weeks and falls asleep most effectively when we walk while holding her. She will usually fall asleep within 20mins. Now that she is getting heavier it becomes more painful for my back to hold her and put her into her cot.

I heard and read that a yoga ball is very effective for settling babies to sleep but also creates back pain?

Anyone tried both (walking and yoga ball) and can tell me which is better in the long run for your back and settling baby to sleep?
