CA Foundation — 14 days left, 4th attempt technically. Should I still give it?

Hi, I’m 19F (turning 20 this November), and I’m honestly very confused about what I should do with CA at this point. I’m looking for harsh, practical advice, not motivation.
I started preparing for CA Foundation in May 2025. I initially joined classes, but the teaching was genuinely poor, so in the middle of the course, 4–5 of us eventually left the class. I restarted my preparation around August and gave the September 2025 attempt.
I already knew after the exams that I probably wouldn’t clear. I ended up scoring 122 and passed only Law.
After that, I started preparing for the January attempt, but I became seriously sick and was unwell for around two months. I skipped the January attempt.
Then I prepared for the May 2026 attempt. Again, I became sick in April and had issues like chest pain, anxiety, etc., which resulted in hospital visits and tests. Despite that, I gave the May attempt.
I failed again, with 136 marks, and again passed only Law.
Now, because ICAI counts my skipped January attempt as an attempt, September 2026 will technically be my 4th attempt, even though I have actually written the exam only twice.
And now we have another problem.
I have been sick again from around 2 August to 18 August. Today is 19 August. I’m feeling better, although I still have a little cold and cough.
I had decided that I would give the September attempt anyway because I have already filled the form.
But realistically, I have only 14 days left.
And today, when I actually sat down to study, I felt completely blank.
I can't remember concepts that I studied before. I can't focus properly on chapters. Looking at the syllabus itself makes me anxious because it feels impossible to cover everything in 14 days.
For context, I’m also doing B.Com and I’m currently in my second year.
The biggest thing I want to be honest about is that I don't have some lifelong dream of becoming a CA. My main motivation is financial stability, career security and earning potential. That's why I have continued despite everything.
But at this point, CA itself has started creating a lot of anxiety and pressure for me, and I feel like it is affecting my health as well.
I have also thought about doing an MBA instead.
The problem is money.
My family can realistically support around ₹5–6 lakh, but they cannot comfortably afford ₹20–30 lakh for an IIM or another expensive MBA. I could potentially take an education loan if I get into a good college, but I don't know whether that is the right decision either.
So I genuinely don't know what the rational move is.
My situation right now:
19F, turning 20 this November
B.Com 2nd year
Started CA Foundation preparation in 2025
September 2025: 122, passed Law
January 2026: skipped because of illness
May 2026: 136, passed Law
September 2026: technically my 4th attempt according to ICAI
Only 14 days left
Currently very underprepared and struggling to recall concepts
Health has repeatedly interrupted my preparation
I don't particularly love CA; financial stability is my main motivation
MBA is another option, but finances are a major constraint
I know some people will say, “Just study 14 hours a day and give it.”
But I want a realistic answer, not an inspirational one.
If you were in my position, would you still give the September attempt seriously for these 14 days, knowing how underprepared you are? Or would you stop, focus on B.Com, and start preparing for another career/MBA entrance instead?
And if you think I should give CA one final serious shot, what would you actually do during these 14 days?
Please be blunt. Tell me if I'm being unrealistic, wasting time, or making an emotional decision.
I’d genuinely rather hear an uncomfortable truth than another “you can do it” message.
