Something Smells Fishy, a new "Japanese seafood diner" just opened at 95 Elizabeth (the former location of Singapore Malaysia Beef Jerky)

Had the unagi don and it was quite good, albeit a little pricey ($36 before tip and tax)

How is living in Chinatown

I'm considering renting on 20 Pell Street in Chinatown and I wanted to get a sense of what to expect. Can anyone who has lived there or in the area share their experience? I'm most concerned about pests like roaches/rats and the safety aspect at night.

The broker also said the super isn't available, so trying to figure out how much I should worry about that.

Fresh cold-pressed ginger juice in large servings?

I love the 2oz ginger-lemon shots that are now pretty ubiq. Are there any places (online deliver or irl) that do much larger servings? Preferably in a glass bottle + kept refrigerated.
