Pwede po ba talagang tanggihan ng mga doctor yung patient kahit may LOA?

For context, nagpalit yung company namin ng HMO from Intellicare to iCare. Nung Intellicare pa gamit, wala namang problema. Follow up check up ngayon ng mother ko sa same doctor, affiliated din naman siya sa iCare pero ayaw tanggapin yung LOA. Pinapabayad niya mother ko para makapag pa follow up check up after ng mga labs na pinagawa niya.

I hope they also expose the groomers. I know some teachers who publicly announced their relationship with their students and even marrying them right after high school. These people are disgusting.
