How long did it take for SilverRock to go inspect/approve your car that was in the shop for something major after “claim initiated”? I’m in Massachusetts if that matters

I’ve always used train and bus when I lived in Boston…but I’ve never taken the commuter rail. I’m going to have to take it this week and need help figuring this out.

I’ll be traveling from Worcester to Ashland, what do I do when I get to the station? Do I prepay? Is there a special Charlie ticket for that ride? When do they collect fare? Does it make all the stops in between?
