Hello all. I’ve been on Zoloft/Sertraline for a good number of years now. I’m currently on 75mg, which is the highest dose I’ve been on. I always take my medication with my lunch, which helps a lot with nausea, but I do still feel nauseous/sick more often than I would otherwise. It’s particularly bad if I’m sleep deprived - I do my best to look after myself, but some occasional sleep deprivation is unavoidable. Has anyone able had better luck with nausea on a different SSRI? Or any tips? Thanks 😊
A 14 skipped here, a 27 skipped there. It all adds up. Say you see a 390 bus. Subconsciously you’re thinking “this city/region has at least 390 bus routes, how good and comprehensive”. But they DON’T! They are lying to you!!!
