Charm hunting

Looking for recommendations of charms please! Something arty or a compass would be fab.

All silver ideally, not dangly as don't like the feeling against my skin. Will the dangles be less dangly when it's full?

Not a huge fan of ones with writing or lots of stones. Will post pics of ones I like (and would buy if they didn't dangle).

Tend to buy my charms second hand so older is good! TIA x

Looking for recommendations of charms please!

Something arty or a compass would be fab. Would also like another murano/opal or two- raspberry pink or orange?

All silver ideally and not a huge fan of ones with writing or lots of stones. or anything else you think would fit my vibe. Current themes are sun/stars, and the Earth/ocean.

Photo shows 2 charms I've got coming, plus 3 dangles I like. Tried some dangles, but don't like the constant movement feeling against my skin. Will the dangles move a bit less when it's full?

Tend to buy my charms second hand so older is good! TIA x

What do people find most useful for regulating sleep?

⭐️

I wasn't diagnosed until 31 (AuDHD), have always had issues with getting to sleep when out of a routine, or in times of stress.

As a teenager I used night nurse, then nytol in my early 20s. Then antidepressants on and off for the last years. I'm 34 now.

The citalopram helps when I'm consistent on it, but I've just had my second baby!

Tried to get diazepam recently (has helped in the past). Refused it as it was urgent care, fair enough, given Promethizine. 4 days of sedated short sleep- Awful!

Tried to get melatonin, GP wouldn't prescribe it, so agreed to up my citalopram. I feel awful! Like artificially-depressed. Exhausted and motivated but content. It's weird. Goingback to GP this week and awaiting an Right to Choose ADHD assessment, as never tried treatment after my private diagnosis. I was breastfeeding and hadn't fully understood how much ADHD impacts me.

TLDR: What are your experiences on getting melatonin off label prescriptions for short term use (under 55)?

Does it help as a short term thing (when I've stayed up late watching tv for example!)

TIA
