How do Chassidim curl their peyot daily?

This might be such a dumb question, but I’m curious what the average Chassid does on a daily basis to have such ringlet peyot.

It looks almost like you use a really thin curling iron, but I am guessing that’s not the case because they’re also curly in historical photos + when I see them on Shabbat.

What’s the secret??

queer jewish books

Hi! I just finished reading when the angels left the old county & the forbidden book by sacha lamb, and the city beautiful by aden polydoros and I was wondering if there are any other books with that vibe anyone can recommend??

Doesn’t need to be fantasy, i’m just obsesseddd with queer jewish historical fiction now.

I might need to write one if not…

I’d also be happy to read contemporary jewish books if anyone has one they really liked. I recently read kissing girls on shabbat by sara glass which was insane too.

Thanks in advance :)

Why were there so few rows on the floor? - US venues

Curious if anyone knows why the seated rows for the venue were 4 rows in some sections and the gap between the stage and the seats is so large. I’m worried maybe I’m not actually front row??

Will they be adding more seats or something in the general sale or am I actually at the barricade of the circle stage, do you think?
