How did one acquire racing team jackets back in the day?

These were my dads. His racing career spanned mainly HISCC (Heart of IL Sports Car Club) and other odds and ends but I don’t know how he got these jackets. Were they mail order? Only available at races? Any info would be appreciated.

Not sure which 900 he had that had transmission issues, but found a letter Saab sent back to my dad in 1991.

Impressive it only took a month for them to reply.

I made a uterus piñata for a friend who had a hysterectomy.

Sorry if the video formatting is odd. A how-to if you need a celebratory piñata.

Find an outline of a uterus and display it on a TV. Trace it with a dry erase marker (very important so it will wipe off the TV if it leaks) on to some tissue paper. Cut outline out on tissue paper and then trace it on poster board. Cut those, then get some old boxes and cut them up to tape on the sides of the poster board to make the piñata hollow. Glue crepe (creepy) paper or colored tissue paper to your poster board uterus and trim. Attached string to top.

I put a trap door on the bottom so my friend could pull the string and the candy would come out versus beating it.  But you choose how you abuse your uterus piñata.

Cat was not amused. Hope the person who receives your uterus piñata heals well and gets a good laugh out of it. ❤️

I made a uterus piñata for my friend who had a hysterectomy.

Took about 5 hours. Traced out a uterus form on tissue paper, cut it out and then traced it to two sheets of poster board. Cut those out, put some cardboard on the sides to make it 3D, glued cut crepe paper (aka creepy paper) over and over and over and over again and that’s about it.

Bottom has a string attached to a “trap door” in the middle of the red streamer so she could just pull on it lightly and the treats would spill out.

I filled it with individually wrapped Oreos. There’s a string hanging in the middle of the red streamers that attached to a small trap door. She pulled on it since she couldn’t swing and hit anything and the Oreos spewed out (she just likes Oreos, no funny reason to put them in there)

The friend loved it BTW. Uterus piñata is currently hanging in my basement.
