My American Standard in-wall diverter has started leaking. Fortunately, the basement below is unfinished, so I caught the leak early.

The part number is AS 1660.440. I'm hoping to simply replace the gaskets rather than the entire diverter. I know this part has been discontinued, but I'm hoping someone might be able to point me in the right direction or help me locate replacement gaskets or repair parts.

I'd really like to avoid replacing the whole unit and having to remove tile just to access it.

If anyone has any suggestions or knows where I might find these parts, I'd really appreciate the help. And if I've posted this in the wrong section, I apologize in advance.
