Ye migraine ki magnesium ka potassium calcium

Ye migraine ki magnesium ka potassium calcium

I’ve had migraines for the past few days, consecutively, and I’m SO done.

I’m tired of popping Dolo, Disprin, aspirin, etc. every time it hits.

Someone please give me a solution before I actually smash my head into a wall.

Need advice before I crash tf out

So here's the thing,

My profs always make me pair up with or put me in a group, with people who do absolutely zero work and make no effort to even know what the topic is and are free riding the whole project, just for their name of the PPT.

Even if they do show some interest, and I ask them to do something it's AI slop. I am not saying don't use it. Use it but use your knowledge too.

And I can't complain about this to my profs either. They all have the same comeback, 'you guys are master's students now, we can't spoon feed you everything. This is something you should resolve amongst yourselves. You are their leader no? Lead them'. Bs

I am not friends with anyone in my class. There's a language barrier but i just can't seem to vibe with any of them. They give off such mean energy, i would rather not associate with any of them unless it's necessary.

Anyways drop your best crash out prevention techniques in this situation.

23F with PCOS + hypothyroidism and very fine hair. what has ACTUALLY worked for you?

I'm 23F. I've had hypothyroidism since I was 7 and was diagnosed with PCOS in 2023.

I've been dealing with thin/fine hair and hair loss/thinning. I've consulted 3 dermatologists, and all of them suggested treatment plans costing around ₹1.75 to 3.5 lakh, which I'm not considering right now.

I'm more interested in hearing from women who have actually dealt with something similar and what genuinely made a noticeable difference over time.

My hair is fine and naturally wavy to curly, and my scalp gets oily very quickly, usually by the next day after washing.

At the moment, I use Head & Shoulders and L'Oréal shampoo. I usually wash my hair in multiple rounds and don't normally use conditioner unless I'm styling it.

I was previously taking iron, a multivitamin and vitamin E along with Eltroxin and myo-inositol. I stopped the iron/multivitamin/vitamin E a few months ago. I felt there was some improvement in my hair while taking them, although it wasn't dramatic.

I'm considering restarting them, but I don't want to take supplements blindly.

What I'm really looking for:

• Hair oils that actually helped

• Shampoos/conditioners that worked for fine, oily, wavy/curly hair

• Supplements/vitamins that made a real difference when you actually had a deficiency

• Treatments/medications that genuinely helped hair growth or reduced shedding

• Things you tried that were completely useless

• Any PCOS/thyroid-related changes that made a noticeable difference

I'd especially love to hear from women with PCOS + hypothyroidism + fine hair, rather than general hair-growth advice.

I'm not looking for miracle cures, just things that have actually worked for real people.
